Pamela Umutesi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analysis and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the National Bank of Rwanda since August 2021, Pamela also holds the position of Global Account Manager at both Sanlam and SORAS AG PLC since November 2019 and April 2019, respectively. Previously, Pamela worked as a Reinsurance Analyst and Insurance Underwriter at SAHAM Assurance from 2017 onward. Pamela's academic background includes a Master of Actuarial Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, both from Ball State University. Additional experience includes tutoring at Ball State University, an internship as a Claims Handler at UAP INSURANCE KENYA LTD, and roles in monitoring and evaluation, research, and statistical analysis at various organizations in Rwanda.
