Olivier Mugwaneza is a certified public accountant and member of iCPAR, currently serving as the Manager of Financial Sector Policy at the National Bank of Rwanda since February 2022. Previously, Olivier held positions including Senior Analyst at ICPAR, Principal Examiner, and Senior Consultant at Alphabet Ltd, where Olivier is also a co-founder and Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Additional experience includes roles as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Rwanda and a Tutorial Assistant at the School of Finance and Banking. Olivier's educational background encompasses a Master of Science in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University and a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from Amity University Noida, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the School of Finance and Banking.
