Nikoloz Kavelashvili is member of the Board of the National Bank. In 1991 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Physics. In 1998, he received a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from New York State University (Binghamton). 2013 Ilia State University, Faculty of Business, PhD in Business Administration.
