Maha Gharib is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in customer service, digital payments, and training within the financial sector. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager and Digital Payment Unit Manager at the National Bank of Egypt since January 2019, Maha Gharib has also held the position of Self Services and CRM Channels Manager. Prior experience includes roles as an Internal Trainer and Complaints Management Unit Manager at the National Bank of Egypt, as well as significant experience in customer service with Mashreqbank and Citi.
