Simon Genest is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic management and delivery, currently serving as Directeur principal livraison TI at Banque Nationale du Canada since March 2020. Previously, Simon held various roles at CN, including Manager of Solution Management and several positions related to solution management, project management, and team leadership from 2007 to 2019. Simon also worked as a Senior Messaging Analyst at Aon from March 2005 to May 2007 and provided consulting services in IT across multiple companies in Canada and abroad from 2000 to 2004. Simon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from UQAM and possesses certifications in ITIL and Agile project management.
