Marc-André Nadeau is a Senior Solution Architect at National Bank of Canada since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in technical architecture and solution integration across various companies. Previously at Bell from May 2012 to September 2023, Marc-André held roles as Senior Technical Architect in IoT and in Professional Services, where responsibilities included designing large contact center solutions and leading engineering teams. Prior to Bell, experiences included working as a Software Specialist and Integration Specialist at CAE, a Contact Center System Integrator at Bell focused on Voice Over IP systems, and a C++ Programmer at Groupe CIS. Marc-André holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and completed graduated studies in Computer Engineering at Polytechnique Montréal.
