Louis Lajoie is an accomplished investment strategist with extensive experience in portfolio strategy, tactical asset allocation, and global macro analysis at Banque Nationale du Canada since June 2016. Previously, Lajoie completed a rotation program in Sales & Trading, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management, gaining valuable insights in Montreal, Toronto, and Calgary. Prior experience includes serving as a macro strategist at the HEC-Manulife Student Investment Fund and a summer associate in Portfolio & Quantitative Strategy at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets. Lajoie holds a Master of Science in Applied Financial Economics from HEC Montréal, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Université Laval, and is currently pursuing the CFA Charterholder designation.
