James Povitz is a seasoned professional in venture capital and strategic initiatives with extensive experience at the National Bank of Canada, serving as Principal and Director for NAventures since March 2018. Additionally, James holds several board observer roles at companies such as Walnut Insurance, nesto, Borrowell, ClearEstate, and Ownly, among others. In advisory capacities, James supports the McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship and Sparrow. Educational qualifications include a B.C.L./JD in Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, completed between 2009 and 2015.
