Bert Hulgrave is currently the Vice President of Industry Affairs & Managing Director of American Truck Dealers at NADA. Prior to this role, Bert had a successful career at General Motors as the Director of Industry and Dealer Affairs. Bert graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing.
