Tricia Tai is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience, product development, and operations management. Currently serving as the Voice of Customer Lead at Open Universities Australia since July 2014, Tricia has established comprehensive customer experience frameworks and listening programs. Previous roles include Student Experience Specialist, where Tricia implemented key frameworks and reporting systems, and QA/Student Experience Team Leader, significantly enhancing team efficiency. Prior to this, Tricia owned and managed Glory Cafe, led product development at CIMB-GK Securities, and held multiple leadership positions at DBS Bank involving strategic planning and training initiatives. Tricia began the career as a Senior Audit Assistant at Price Waterhouse after earning a Commerce degree in Accounting from Curtin University.
