Neeraj Goyal currently serves as the Executive and Country Head of the NAB Innovation Centre in India since July 2022. Previously, Neeraj was with NatWest Group from July 2010 to July 2022, holding various leadership positions including Head of Technology and Managing Director for the Global Hub in India, where the focus was on building a high-performing technology organization and driving digital transformation initiatives. Neeraj has extensive experience in managing large technology teams across multiple sectors, including personal and business banking technology and trading technology at notable firms such as Barclays Investment Bank and Lehman Brothers. Neeraj began the career in technology consulting and system analysis positions at prominent companies such as Tata Infosys, Nokia, and John Deere. Neeraj holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and a BE in Electronics from the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
