Daisy Scarborough is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in managing corporate functions and retail customer operations. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Execution at NAB, Daisy previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Exopharm Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing all corporate functions and driving strategic initiatives. At Origin Energy, Daisy held multiple roles, advancing to Group Manager of Retail Customer Operations, and was responsible for comprehensive oversight of retail operations, sales fulfillment, and billing functions. Earlier in the career, significant contributions were made at The Walt Disney Company, where Daisy managed special projects to establish a regional services center in Asia Pacific, implementing training strategies and driving process improvements.
