Kenneth Aldridge, Jr., RN, BSN, MS-HSA, currently serves as the Director of Health Services at RosenCare Limited and has held the same title at Rosen Medical Center since 2004, overseeing a multi-specialty health care facility serving over 4,700 covered lives and managing a $15 million budget. In addition to these roles, Kenneth Aldridge is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Worksite Health Centers, promoting the effectiveness of onsite health programs. Kenneth Aldridge also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Florida, focusing on Health Service Administration. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President for the Board of Directors of Dream Big, a nonprofit aimed at supporting children with special needs, and as Medical Staff Manager at Rosen Associate Medical Center. Kenneth Aldridge holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the same institution.
