Amber Gaither, PMP, currently serves as the Director of the National Labor Exchange and Head of the Workforce Academy at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since June 2018, where responsibilities include launching a learning center to enhance digital capabilities within the public workforce-education ecosystem. Previously, Amber Gaither held various roles at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including Workforce Development Product Manager and Senior Policy & Planning Analyst, managing a diverse portfolio of digital projects and coordinating statewide policy. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Re-Entry Counselor/Work-Release Supervisor and Job Coach for the County of Lycoming, a Logistician in the US Army, and teaching roles in both high school and outdoor education settings. Amber Gaither has academic credentials from Penn State University and Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
