Ronald Rapp is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in network engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at the National Association of REALTORS® since April 2015, Ronald previously held the position of Network Engineer/Manager at CME Group from July 2006 to September 2014, where responsibilities included troubleshooting network issues and managing the Network Operations team. Prior to that, Ronald worked at IBM/ATT from 1995 to 2006 as a Lead Network Engineer, providing support for the Global Backbone network and developing custom network solutions. Ronald's educational background includes an Associate Degree in Electronics from the University of DeVry in Chicago and further training at Nexum and Microtrain.
