Randy Scheidt, CCIM, MAI, currently serves as the 2024 Vice Chair of the Federal Taxation Committee for the National Association of REALTORS®. As the Principal Owner of Scheidt Commercial Realty, LLC since January 2019, Randy has extensive experience in the real estate sector and has been an active member of the Appraisal Institute since 1980, contributing as an instructor and member of the Education Committee. Additionally, Randy has been recognized as the 2020 State Realtor of the Year by the Indiana Association of Realtors and has held various leadership roles, including Past President of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors and previous Local Chapter President of Columbus Rotary. With a foundational education from Indiana University Bloomington, Randy has spent decades shaping the real estate landscape through multiple affiliations and committee roles, including time as a Business Development Officer and Acquisitions Manager at Village Capital Corporation and a significant tenure at Don R. Scheidt & Co., Inc. from 1975 to 2018.
