Amy Clark has served as a board member for the Illinois Association of Housing Authorities since 2022 and holds a similar position with the Northern Illinois Council of Housing Authorities, where Amy also functions as Treasurer. Since 2021, Amy Clark has been a board member with NAHRO (NCRC Region) and participates in the Housing Committee of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. As President and CEO of the Greater Metro Housing Authority of Rock Island County and the Rock Island County Housing Finance Corporation since November 2018, Amy Clark focuses on providing quality, affordable living opportunities for eligible residents in Rock Island County, Illinois. Prior to these roles, Amy Clark worked as the Multifamily Development Director for the Economic Growth Corporation from May 2012 to January 2019. Amy Clark holds a degree in Government: Public Administration from Liberty University and has also studied at Mt. St. Clare College.
