Aleese Eckenrode is an accomplished professional in educational program development with extensive experience in the healthcare and safety sectors. Currently serving as Director of Education at the National Association for Healthcare Quality since June 2019, Eckenrode translates business strategies into effective lifelong learning initiatives for healthcare quality professionals. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Education & Program Development at the American Society of Safety Professionals, where responsibilities included producing educational programs and organizing national events for occupational safety professionals. Eckenrode also has a background with ISACA, managing curriculum and program development, as well as working as an Education Coordinator. Earlier in the career, Eckenrode served as Assistant Category Manager and Instructional Designer at Walgreens, focusing on policy creation and employee training. Eckenrode holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Eastern Illinois University.
