Alex Herrera, CEBS, is a dedicated professional committed to enhancing employee benefit programs for county employers. With a background in managing sales and service teams at Aetna from 2002 to 2018, Alex led successful initiatives in group medical, dental, life, and disability products across multiple Texas regions. Currently serving as the Managing Director of NACo Public Promise Insurance, Alex creates mobile solutions for employee benefit communication at Enspire in 2023. Alex is also pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Illinois Chicago.
