Sonja W. Bachus, MJ, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of PCA/HCCN Relations at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) since December 2024. Previously, Bachus held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Community Care Network of Kansas from October 2022 to December 2024, and at Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. from April 2019 to October 2022. Prior to these roles, Bachus was the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Operating Officer at HealthNet, with responsibilities including leading strategic vision and operations across multiple health centers. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Director at the Institute of Clinical Orthopedics and Neurosciences, Project Manager and EMR Implementation Analyst at HCA IT&S, and Service Line Administrator at Swope Health Services. Bachus holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Washburn University.
