Ethan Goodman

Ethan Goodman currently serves as a Policy Advisor for the Ohio House of Representatives, focused on primary and secondary education, workforce and economic development, commerce, labor, insurance, and pensions since January 2019. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and summarizing legislative bills, preparing technical documents, and providing guidance to legislators. Prior roles include Legislative Aide in the Office of State Representative Janine Boyd, where Ethan managed constituent services and office activities while developing legislation and external communications. Experience also includes roles at Open Doors Academy as Career Pathways Coordinator, Regional Field Director for Ohio Families for Change, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cleveland State University, and Public Education Initiative Fellow with the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. Ethan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminology & Criminal Justice from Northern Arizona University.
