Sylvia Prickett currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, providing financial and operational leadership since April 2013. Responsibilities include managing finances, grant compliance, business functions, technology systems, and human resources. Previously, Sylvia held the position of Director of Administration at NASAA, where operational leadership and administrative oversight were primary responsibilities. A background as a Management Consultant saw Sylvia working with various clients from 2010 to 2013. Prior experience includes senior roles at the Public Broadcasting Service, Chadwyck-Healey, Inc., Public Gaming Research Institute / Burke Publishing, the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy, and Accountants for the Public Interest. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Maryland.
