Ivonne Chand O'Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the arts and education sectors. Currently serving on the boards of directors for the National Guild for Community Arts Education, Minnesota Opera, and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, Ivonne also holds the position of Chief Research Officer at MUSE Research. In addition, Ivonne contributes to various editorial boards, including Creativity Research Journal and Art Education. As a Senior Fellow at Creativity Testing Services, Ivonne leads initiatives in research design and psychometric assessment across multiple domains related to creativity and civic engagement. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, a Master's degree in Experimental Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Behavioral Science and Experimental Psychology from Loma Linda University.
