SARAVANAN ARUMUGAM is a biologist with extensive experience in the field of aquaculture. Currently serving as a Supervisor at the National Aquaculture Group since November 2021, SARAVANAN previously worked as an Aquaculture Lab Technician in charge at Blueweight from October 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, SARAVANAN held dual roles as a Senior Research Fellow and Laboratory Technician at the Central Institute of Brackishwater Aquaculture (CIBA) from February 2014 to March 2020. SARAVANAN is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Aquaculture at the University of Madras, having previously obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Zoology from Madras Christian College and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Zoology from Recruitment. Education commenced with a Higher Secondary School certificate in Science from Government Higher Secondary School, India.
