Cynthia Xu is a seasoned data and research professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Data and Research at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools since June 2019, Cynthia has successfully fielded data requests, optimized data collection processes, and authored impactful white papers and articles. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Data and Research Specialist and Intern at the Free Library of Philadelphia, contributing to ESL curriculum development and teaching. Additionally, as an Educational Consultant at DreamIn Education, Cynthia provided valuable insights and guidance.
