Susan Cicchino is an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare and business systems management. Since April 2011, Susan has served as a Business Systems Manager at NASCO, providing crucial support as a Plan Liaison for a large BlueCross Plan. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Florida Blue from 1994 to 2011, where valuable experience was gained as a Business Analyst. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Jacksonville University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
