Lisa Day has accumulated extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors, particularly with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and NASCO. Currently serving as Business System Manager I at NASCO since January 2014, Lisa previously held the role of Technical Consultant II, providing support for national benefits initiatives. Prior to NASCO, Lisa volunteered at Cabrini Clinic and served as a Consultant and Senior Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, contributing to group implementations and claims processing. Lisa's earlier experience includes positions as a Senior System Analyst at IBM Global Services and Team Lead Systems Development at Carlson Marketing Group, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and an Associates in Computer Science from Purdue University, coupled with a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
