Ourania Kosti currently serves as the Executive Director of the InterAcademy Partnership at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since December 2022. Previously, Kosti has held the position of Senior Program Officer at the National Academy of Sciences since January 2011, focusing on the health effects of ionizing and non-ionizing radiation, as well as preparedness and response for nuclear and radiological incidents and medical isotope production and supply. Kosti holds an MSc in Molecular Medicine from UCL, obtained between 1999 and 2000, and a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Surrey, completed in 1999.
