Erin Botsford, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, a position held since February 2007. Erin has progressed within the organization from HR Generalist to Manager of both HR Operations and the HR Service Center, focusing on employee inquiry resolutions and customer service programs. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at The Ballentine Barbera Group, where Erin led HR activities for a small international consulting firm. Erin received a degree from the University of Maryland between 1987 and 1991.
