Elizabeth Zeitler is an experienced professional in the fields of energy science and policy, currently serving as Associate Board Director and Senior Program Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, where Elizabeth directs expert committees on critical national energy issues, focusing on vehicle energy efficiency technologies. Elizabeth has held previous roles as Associate Program Officer and Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow, producing impactful studies in energy science and technology. In addition, Elizabeth has served as an AAAS Science & Technology Policy Fellow at the Millennium Challenge Corporation and conducted research at Princeton University under Professor Andrew Bocarsly. Elizabeth's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Scripps College.
