Donna Almario Doebler is a highly experienced professional in the fields of health policy and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Donna has held prominent roles at UPMC Health Plan, including Associate Vice President for Medicare SNP Product, and Senior Director for Medicare, SNP, and CMS STARS Analytics. Previously, Donna held strategic positions at UPMC, serving as Director and Manager of Corporate and Special Projects, and as a Senior Strategy Consultant. Additionally, Donna contributed to academia as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health and was a Kellogg Health Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh. Donna earned a DrPH in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences and an MS in Biostatistics from the University of Pittsburgh.
