Christopher McKenney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and transportation research. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Christopher manages projects for the National Cooperative Highway Research Program, focusing on various transportation topics. Previously, Christopher held academic positions as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Graduate Assistant, and gained substantial experience at the Arkansas Department of Transportation as a Research Study Analyst. Christopher's background also includes roles as a Construction Project Manager Intern at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and as an Interior Designer for over eight years.
