Kaitlyn Blume is an experienced public administration professional currently serving as the Director of Fellow Engagement at the National Academy of Public Administration, where contact with nearly 950 Fellows is maintained. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance, where strategic business development opportunities were identified, and Director of Member Services at the National Human Services Assembly, leading member recruitment and engagement for over 80 national nonprofits. Kaitlyn's background also includes a Fellowship at ProInspire, Operations Coordinator at Wake Forest Baptist Health, and Assistant to the Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross.
