Amos Goodall currently serves as the President of the National Elder Law Foundation, where involvement as a board member dates back to 2013, and leadership as chair of the Drafting Committee for the Elder Law Certification Examination began in 2008. Additionally, Amos Goodall practices as an attorney with Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, while also holding the position of Emeritus Board Member at Lawyers Concerned For Lawyers. Engagement with Stetson University College of Law as an Advisory Council Member has been ongoing since 2016. As a contributing author for Lexis Nexis, Amos Goodall has worked on the treatise "Estate and Financial Planning for the Elderly." Further qualifications include fellowship status with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, alongside active membership in the Special Needs Alliance. Education credentials include an LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law, a JD from Fordham University School of Law, and a BA in International Relations from Franklin & Marshall College.
