Jessica D. Williams possesses a diverse background in education and management, currently serving as the Assistant Director at NAF since October 2017. Jessica's extensive experience includes positions such as Manager of Academy Development and Coordinator of Career and Technical Education at Orange County Public Schools, where responsibilities involved recruitment for Technical Dual Enrollment programs, teacher training coordination, and fostering partnerships with business and industry. Jessica has also worked as a Secondary Mathematics Instructor in multiple school districts, emphasizing effective classroom management and innovative teaching practices. Additional roles include Trial Clerk at the Orange County Clerk of Court and a Student Assistant at the University of South Florida, where skills in administration and program management were honed.
