Salom Teshale is a Senior Policy Associate at NASHP with experience as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington. Their background includes conducting research on aging, health promotion programs, and value-based payment programs. They have also worked as a Fellow at Health and Aging Policy Fellowship and as a Research Assistant at University of Chicago Memory Lab. Salom holds a Ph.D. in Social/Developmental Psychology from Brandeis University.
