Rachel Lachenauer, MPA, has extensive experience in the field of healthcare and patient services, primarily with the National Abortion Federation. Since September 2019, Rachel has served as Senior Director of the Hotline, following previous roles as Director of Patient Experience and Assistant Hotline Director. Prior positions at the National Abortion Federation include Quality and Operations Manager and Case Manager, beginning in November 2011. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Training Facilitator at the American University Center for Diversity and Inclusion and completed a Development Internship at Whitman-Walker Health. Rachel holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from American University, obtained in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in Justice from the same institution, earned in 2012.
