Jane holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Prior to this role, she served as the Senior HR Manager responsible for the Editorial, Advertising, and Production departments at NMG. She previously worked for Nestlé Kenya Limited as HR Business Partner, East Africa Cluster. She is a Prosci Change Management practitioner through Cedar Africa Group, a Certified Executive Leadership Coach through CDI-Africa Coaching Group, and an Adjunct Coach at Strathmore University Business School.
