Michael Gerrard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical architecture and project engineering within the IT and communications sector. Currently serving as a Technical Architect at Natilik since January 2015, Michael has played a vital role in delivering projects for clients across the UK and EU, with a focus on collaboration technologies and Cisco CUCM. Prior to this, Michael held various positions at Nowcomm from August 2006 to January 2015, culminating as Projects Team Leader, where responsibilities included the deployment of Cisco Voice over IP and Unified Communications solutions. Early career experience includes an IT Systems Analyst role at Haldex Brake Products Limited, providing support across multiple sites. Michael holds a 2:1 degree in Network Computing from Coventry University.
