Mark Hilson Schneider is currently the Vice President of Strategic Facilitation at NRUCFC. Prior to this role, Mark served as the CEO/ General Manager at Delaware County Electric Cooperative, Inc. and as an Assistant Professor at SUNY Delhi. With a background in engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, Mark has also worked as an Engineering Manager at Delaware County Electric Cooperative, Inc. and as a Systems Engineer at Saab Sensis Corporation. Additionally, Mark has experience as an Engineer at Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation and in computing and network communications at Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences.
