Bryan Bacon is an experienced finance and legal professional with a robust background in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at NRUCFC since May 2023, Bryan oversees a loan portfolio of $2.5 billion in Missouri and California. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Financial and Economic Branch Chief in the Grid Security Division at the Rural Utilities Service, where responsibilities included managing financial analysis and underwriting for cybersecurity and energy efficiency projects. Bryan's earlier experience includes serving as a General Field Representative for RUS's Electric Division and practicing as an attorney specializing in commercial bankruptcy and corporate law. Bryan's legal expertise also includes a tenure as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court in Missouri. Bryan holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Truman State University.
