Jerry Forrest is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical services and support. Currently serving as Technical Services Manager and formerly as Technical Analyst II at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center since February 2019, Jerry has held roles including Senior IS Field Service Specialist at Martin Marietta and Senior Information Technology Specialist at CHRISTUS Health. With a foundational technical diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology from Northwest Louisiana Technical College, Jerry has developed a strong skill set in troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading computer systems and peripherals, along with providing technical training and customer support throughout a diverse career that began in 2007.
