Hayley Maldonado has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Hayley began their career in 2008 as a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Mulhern & Scott, PLLC, where they worked until 2012. In that role, they gained valuable experience in legal assistance and paralegal work.

Following their time at Mulhern & Scott, PLLC, Hayley joined Nassau Financial Group in 2012 as an SEC/State Compliance Coordinator. Over the years, they held various roles of increasing responsibility within the company. Hayley served as a Senior SEC/State Compliance Coordinator from 2014 to 2015, and then transitioned to the position of BD Compliance Manager from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Compliance Director and was subsequently promoted to the role of Associate Counsel from 2018 to 2021. As of July 2021, Hayley currently holds the position of Counsel at Nassau Financial Group.
