Phylanice Nashe is the current Director at Nashville Symphony. Phylanice has served as a high-level subject matter expert in correctional education products, content and e-learning with GTL. Prior to that, they were an attorney with Nashe Law Group, LLC and The Jones Law Group, PLLC. Phylanice co-founded Innertainment Delivery Systems, which was later acquired by GTL (Viapath). Phylanice also served as Associate Campus Dean/Legal Studies Professor at Strayer University. Phylanice has experience in complex personal injury cases from their time at State Farm.

Phylanice Nashe earned a Doctor of Law degree from Cleveland State University's Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from John Carroll University, and certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. Phylanice also holds Rule 31 Civil Mediator Certification from Lipscomb University and Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator certification from the TN Supreme Court/Administrative Office of the Courts.
