Kathryn Pohlman, MPA, LEED Green Associate, currently serves as the Sustainability Manager at Nashville Electric Service, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Kathryn was the Assistant Director of Environmental Management and Sustainability at Cape Fear Public Utility Authority from March 2022 to November 2023, and the Chief Sustainability Officer at UNC Wilmington from March 2014 to March 2022. Kathryn has a strong background in reporting, coordination, planning, and outreach, recognized by multiple award nominations, conference presentations, and media coverage. Prior experience includes roles at Circa 1922 Restaurant Group as Assistant Manager and at Moxie Floral Design Studio as Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included management support, customer relations, and inventory assessment. Kathryn holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Environmental Science, both from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
