Carl Holtzman is an experienced Operations Manager in the Marine Division at Ingersoll Rand / Gardner Denver Nash LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day marine operations, production, quality, and procurement, as well as EHS across three facilities since October 2020. Prior to this role, Carl served as Manager of EHS at Gardner Denver Nash, LLC from January 2014, overseeing various functions within Materials Management. Carl's extensive background includes a distinguished career in the US Army, culminating in retirement as SGM in November 2022. Additional experience includes project management for cost-saving initiatives in sourcing at Warren Rupp and roles in sales and operations planning at Versa-Matic. Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.
