Nascent Solutions is an international development and humanitarian nonprofit based in Alexandria, Virginia, USA.  Our mission is to alleviate poverty in rural Africa by helping poor and vulnerable people achieve self-sufficiency. 

We do this by building the capacity of women and youth, empowering them with the skills and tools that will help them create opportunities for themselves, their communities, and countries.  

With operations in Cameroon, Zambia, and Uganda, we have the field capacity to engage with local communities and implement donor-funded programs.
