Jackson S. is an experienced aerospace engineer with a focus on command and data handling, avionics, and electrical engineering. Currently, Jackson serves as a Command and Data Handling Satellite Engineer at Texas Spacecraft Laboratory, contributing to the SERPENT and SCOPE satellite teams. Additionally, Jackson holds several roles at Texas Rocket Engineering Lab, including Avionics Engineering Mentor and Responsible Engineer, alongside a history of engineering positions at NASA, where work included training for flight controller roles and designing critical systems for missions such as the Gateway lunar space station and the ISS. Jackson has also engaged in educational outreach as a Robotics Teacher and participated in diverse internships, furthering expertise in autonomous systems and virtual reality development. Jackson is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
