Austin Richey is a seasoned NASA ISS Flight Controller and Instructor at GHG Corporation since January 2017, responsible for logistics support functions related to on-orbit maintenance and data management. Additionally, Richey instructs astronauts and flight controllers in real-time support through simulation training and mentoring. Previous experience includes mechanical project engineering roles at Weyerhaeuser and Waskey Bridges, engineering internships, and various positions involving equipment inventory management and rental property maintenance. Richey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
