Nafasi Ferrell is the Founder of Narratives Unbound LLC, established in January 2019, with a commitment to addressing economic and racial equity through understanding structural racism and fostering community healing and intergenerational wisdom. Previously, Nafasi served as the Restorative Justice Program Manager and Community Programs Manager at Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association from January 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included implementing peacemaking initiatives, managing community arts and social justice programs, and cultivating partnerships for community development. Nafasi's experience also includes roles at Nature Consortium, Embody Health, Hyatt Regency Bellevue, and several internships focused on grant writing, refugee support, and organizational assistance. Nafasi holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Washington Bothell and two Bachelor's Degrees in International Relations and History from Holy Names University.
